Lost Generations

General Birth Certificates -

Date and place of birth, forenames of child and its sex, name and occupation of the father, maiden name of the mother, name and address of the informant and the date of registration.

Marriage Certificates -

Name of the bride and groom with their ages, names of the fathers of the bride and groom and their occupations, date and location of the marriage, the bride and grooms occupations, place of residence, signatures of the bride, groom and the witness.

Death Certificates -

Name, sex and age of the deceased, occupation of the deceased, the date and location of death, the name and address of informant, date of registration.
